3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the following conditions are met:

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The product must be in unused condition and free from damage.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.


4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and send detailed instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label (if applicable).

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include all manuals, accessories, and any free gifts received.

  • Place your return authorization form inside the package.

  • Affix the provided shipping label to the outer box.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship your package within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

  • Use a trackable carrier service (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure safe delivery.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Prepaid Label: If we provide a prepaid label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Change of Mind

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any restocking or shipping fees.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Products

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
