  • Orders under $100 will display calculated shipping rates at checkout.

All costs are clearly displayed before payment — you’ll never be charged surprise fees.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Double-check your shipping address.

  • Look with neighbors or your property manager.

  • Contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.


8.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).

  2. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

If an item is missing from your order:

We will investigate promptly and send the missing product(s) or issue a refund as needed.


10. Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • If your package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
