Internal Gear Rack System

Developed in-house by Advanced Workshop Tools, the internal gear rack allows continuous axis expansion by butt-joining multiple racks together — providing virtually unlimited travel length.
The rack slides seamlessly into our V-Slot Linear Rail system and integrates with all standard V-Slot profiles.

A spring-loaded motor mount maintains perfect tension between gear and rack, ensuring consistent motion with minimal maintenance.
This design also keeps the gear safely enclosed, protecting it from dust and debris during operation.
